My full name is Ziad Muhmood Kane, friends and colleagues know me as "Zee." I'm half English, half Iraqi and currently living the life of a digital nomad with my wonderful wife Elizabeth.
Workwise, I focus one one thing - building audiences online. I do this thanks to experience in design, content, technology, marketing, proven strategies, drive & a good instinct for what works.
Previously, I was CEO of The Next Web, one of the world's biggest tech conferences and one of the most authoritative technology news sites. I'm now advising and focusing on a number of new projects/initiatives, to be revealed soon.

If you had to pick one person you would class as successful, who would it be?
Web design is open by its nature, yet historically it is divided into static and dynamic phase. We believe time has come to blend these two, as the process and result of web design lives on the same screen. Being able to see how it performs early on improves decision making.
